Terradez Ministries Communications Specialist
Role and Responsibilities
Terradez Ministries is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Communications Specialist to join our growing team in a hybrid role (on-site and remote). This position involves responding to ministry calls and emails, providing prayer support, and managing product orders and donations. This is a full-time, semi-remote position. The ideal candidate will be spiritually grounded, relational, and detail-oriented, with a passion to invest in others and advance the Kingdom of God through excellence in service. Key Responsibilities:
- Support various aspects of ministry outreach, including phone ministry, prayer calls, ministry correspondence, and public relations.
- Respond to ministry calls, emails, and pastoral needs.
- Pray the Word of God over partners and minister to their needs in line with Terradez Ministries’ doctrine.
- Provide call center prayer-line support for the television and social media outreach ministry.
- Process product orders and donations using online donor systems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures for inbound and outbound calls.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Phone Ministry experience preferred.
- Associate degree (Charis Bible College graduate preferred, not required).
- Strong knowledge of the Word of God and a passion to invest in others.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
- Self-management and autonomy with minimal supervision.
- Conversational proficiency in speaking on the phone, leading one-on-one conversations, and using exceptional listening and problem-solving analysis with proper phone etiquette.
- Computer savvy; able to learn and work with a variety of computer applications.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong sense of calling to Terradez Ministries.
- Knowledgeable about the Word of God
- Must have a passion to invest in others.
- Attitude of excellence.
