Terradez Ministries Operations Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
Terradez Ministries is seeking a diligent and organized Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support for our events and daily operations. This is a part-time position, work location includes remote work along with 2 days at the office in Florissant, CO each week. Click below to learn more and apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by responding to ministry inquiries via email, phone, and on-site
- Develop and oversee systems of ministry support including inventory management, product fulfillment, and event support
- Product Services: process, pack, and deliver orders to the post office
- Manage resource and partnership orders through the task management platform
- Prepare and ship resource boxes to “away” event locations
- Run our resource booth at “home” events and conferences, may include working outside normal hours
- Coordinate with ministry staff and volunteers to support Terradez Ministries at events
- Track sales from events and produce event reports
- Assist with product research and development
- Ensure the office is well stocked with water, supplies, products, and other essentials.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Charis Bible College graduate preferred, not required.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
- Self-management and autonomy with minimal supervision.
- Computer savvy; able to learn and work with a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Monday.com.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Attitude of excellence.
