Announcer: Why live a normal life when you could be living The Abundant Life? Welcome to The Abundant Life Program with Ashley and Carlie Terradez.

Ashley: Hello, and welcome to Abundant Life. We’re so glad you joined us today.

We’re in a series at the moment talking about how to attack lack. We’re talking about financial lack and about how God has prospered us financially and he’s paid the price for our provision.

In the spirit realm, we’re already prosperous, but when we don’t see it manifest in the natural realm, then there’s things that we can do by faith to activate the prosperity of the Lord.

Carlie: Right.

Ashley: Amen?

Carlie: Amen.

Ashley: So, so far, we’ve covered a lot of different subjects. We’ve covered about how God’s made us prosperous and about how Jesus has paid the price for our prosperity. We’ve looked at different types of giving, we looked at all the different types of giving. We looked at stewardship and about how we can steward our money and how we should not spend everything that comes in, and how we should have savings and be good stewards of what we have. We’ve looked at the works of our hands; we’ve talked about how you can put your hands to things and God can bless the works of your hands, and how the works of our hands are now blessed.

We looked at all these things. What else have we looked at this series?

Carlie: Tides and offerings.

Ashley: Thank you. Tides and offerings.

Carlie: Generous giving and benevolence.

Ashley: Generous giving, benevolence giving. We’ve looked at partnerships. We’ve looked at a bunch of different things.

So we’re coming to the end of this series now, and we’ve had fun making it. It’s been a great series.

Carlie: It’s been good.

Ashley: So thanks for joining us in this.

We’re finishing this series out with something very different. I’ve never done this before, this is new, but we’re looking at my favorite entrepreneur in the Bible. My favorite entrepreneur in the Bible isn’t Jacob, it isn’t Abraham, it isn’t Jesus, it isn’t Joseph. Even though those people were great entrepreneurs and I enjoyed what they did and we can learn from them, my favorite entrepreneur in the Bible is actually a woman. It’s not Ruth, it’s not Esther.

Carlie: It is?

Ashley: I don’t know her name.

Carlie: She’s virtuous.

Ashley: She’s virtuous. The Virtuous Wife. It’s Solomon’s mother. We don’t know her name, her name is not mentioned, but this is The Virtuous Wife. And you can find this in Proverbs 31. So we’re looking at Proverbs 31, and we’re going to put some of what we’ve been teaching, or most of what we’ve been teaching, over the last programs, and we’re putting it together in an example of how, actually, you can walk that out, if you like, how that looks in the day-to-day life.

This is The Virtuous Wife, and we’ve already started here in Verse 10. We’ve looked at some of the things. We’ve said that her husband can trust in her because she doesn’t speak badly of her husband. She only speaks blessings about him, she only speaks encouragement to him. We talked about spouses honoring each other. And even if your spouse isn’t as you would like, you can still honor him with your words and you can pray for them.

Carlie: Or her.

Ashley: Or her. Speak those things that be not as if they are.

In fact, I’ve got a friend who, he was actually in prison, and his wife, while he was in prison, just spoke blessings over him, just said, “My husband is a godly man. My husband is a good husband. He’s doing these good things.” And he wasn’t in the natural, but she was speaking about him in the spirit, because he was born again, but he was backslidden. She spoke those things, and miraculously, he got out of prison and ended up being the pastor of a church, pioneering a church.

Carlie: That’s right.

Ashley: And 15 years later, he’s got this church and doing great. So honor your spouse, speak blessings over your spouse.

Then we looked at some of her business, the way she did business, the way she put her hands to things. She went out and she got raw materials. Carlie was saying how she started off with just some raw materials. She put them to work, she started making things. She worked with her hands and she made enough money to buy a piece of land. We can read that in Verse 16. This is Proverbs 31, Verse 16. She considers a field and buys it. So she bought this land, and she actually considered it. If you study this out, she did her research and she checked and she made sure, she did her due diligence, before she bought it. She bought this land, and guess what? This land made money. She sold it and made money.

Carlie: Mm-hmm (affirmative).

Ashley: Now, this wasn’t coincidence. She didn’t just get lucky. Some would say, “Oh, you got lucky buying that house and selling it at a profit,” or, “You got lucky buying that.” No. It takes research, it takes diligence. She did those things.

And then the profits of that land, she didn’t just spend it on herself. She didn’t just buy a bunch of new clothes and a new car or whatever. She actually used the profits from that sale and planted a vineyard. So when you’re in business, if you sell something and make money, put that money back in wherever you can. Put that money back into the business. She put it back into planting a vineyard. So she actually spent her money on an income-producing asset.

Carlie: Right.

Ashley: So an example of that would be buying a rental property that’s producing assets, or maybe buying a business that’s producing money.

So she actually put money into something that was producing assets. She put it into a vineyard and that vineyard was giving her profit and giving her money. So we looked at these things. It was an income-producing asset.

And that’s where we’re at now. We’re at Verse 17. So in Verse 17, this is Proverbs 31, Verse 17, it says that, “She girds herself with strength, And strengthens her arms.”

She strengthens her arms. She strengthens herself. She wasn’t looking at someone else to strengthen her. She wasn’t going to someone else to give her strength and encouragement. Sometimes it’s okay to go to your pastor or to go to your friends or go to your spouse for encouragement, but really, we need to get to a point where we can receive encouragement directly from the Lord.

You know, there’s a great story, I believe it’s in [Verse] Samuel, where David has a bad day. He goes out to battle and he comes back and he comes back to Ziklag.

Carlie: That was a bad day.

Ashley: It was a bad day. He comes back to Ziklag and the enemy had taken away all the people’s wives and children, and burnt their town down.

Carlie: Right.

Ashley: And you know what happened? David was very discouraged. You can imagine. And worse than that, his own warriors, his friends and his comrades with him, his warriors with him, were so upset, they went to stone David. They were going to stone David because they were mad at David for what had happened.

Carlie: He’d lost everything.

Ashley: He’d lost everything; his wife, his children, his house, and even his friends. And I believe it’s Verse Samuel … Maybe we need to look it up, but I think it’s Verse Samuel 30. It says, “David encouraged himself in the Lord.” He encouraged himself in the Lord. He was able to encourage himself in the Lord and then get back up, pick himself back up again, and say to the men, “Come on, guys, we’re going to go out there and we’re going to get everything back that the enemy stole from us. We’re going to get everything back.”

And guess what? They followed David, they went back and they beat the enemy and they got their wives and children back. And they restored everything that was taken away from them. But David encouraged himself in the Lord.

Right here, The Virtuous Wife encouraged herself. “She strengthens herself.” She encouraged herself in the Lord. You can encourage yourself in the Lord. Sometimes you’re the only one who’s going to encourage you, so you better encourage you.

Carlie: Right?

Ashley: You know, David used to say this in the Psalms, Psalm 103, “Bless the Lord, O my soul.”

Sometimes it’s good to look in the mirror and tell yourself, “We’re going to bless the Lord today.”

Carlie: It’s a little bit of self talk.

Ashley: Encourage yourself, give yourself a pep talk. You know, sometimes you just don’t feel like it. Sometimes you don’t feel like being encouraged. Sometimes you don’t feel like encouraging yourself. Sometimes you don’t feel like thanking God. That’s one of the best ways you can encourage yourself. Start giving thanks to God. Start worshiping God and praising God.

I tell people this; the time when you least feel like praising God is the most powerful time you can praise God.

Carlie: Right. Absolutely.

Ashley: When your flesh doesn’t want to do it, when your soul doesn’t want to do it because of the circumstances, maybe you’re going through a hard time, even if it’s through gritted teeth, start praising God.

We’ve done it so many times in our life. When we’ve gone through challenges, we’ve started thanking God. And even though the circumstance in the natural doesn’t change, your attitude towards it can change. And I’m telling you, you can come out the other side of that victorious by thanking God and praising God. Not thanking God for the problem, because the problem didn’t come from God, God only has good for us, but God can get you out of that problem. And he can even turn that problem around for your good.

Carlie: Amen.

Ashley: So she encouraged herself.

Verse 18. It says, “She perceives that her merchandise is good.” She perceives that her merchandise is good. So I’ve got here, you know what? She took stock of her merchandise. She got good goods. She got good quality goods. She took stock of her merchandise.

Proverbs 27:3. It says, “Be diligent to know the state of your flocks and attend to your herds.” Proverbs 27:3, “Be diligent to know the state of your flocks.” So monitor your flocks. Whatever your business is, whatever your work place is, be diligent to know what state they’re in. And also attend to your herds. Attend to the natural things. Make sure you’re attending to those natural things.

And then in the second part of Verse 18, it says, “Her lamp does not go out by night.” Her lamp doesn’t go out by night. Why? This isn’t coincidence. The reason why her lamp doesn’t go out at night is because of what she’d done previously. She’s planned. She’s made sure she’s got plenty of oil. She’s done these things. And she works by night. That’s why her lamp doesn’t go out. She works. She gets up before it’s even daylight.

Carlie: She’s burning the midnight oil there.

Ashley: She’s burning the midnight oil. She gets up before it’s daylight and her provision doesn’t run dry.

Deuteronomy 2, Verse 7. Deuteronomy 2, Verse 7, it says, “For the Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hand.” “For the Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hand … The Lord your God has been with you and you have lacked nothing.” Isn’t that powerful?

Carlie: Mm-hmm (affirmative).

Ashley: You’ve lacked nothing. We’re talking about attacking lack today. We’re talking about how you can attack lack in your life and things you can do to appropriate what’s already been done in the spirit, things you can do to see it in the natural. And this lady here is a great example of how you can bring about the prosperity of the Lord into your natural life by doing these things.

And this is faith. This isn’t works. You’re not making God do anything. He’s already done the hard work. We’re just appropriating it by faith. It’s already been done by grace.

Another great verse is Proverbs, 10:4. Proverbs, Chapter 10, Verse 4 says, “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.”

If you’re just slack and lazy and you’re not considerate … And again, no condemnation. We love you. God loves you. But I’m just saying, if you’re experiencing lack in your life, you might need to look at your work ethic. Am I being slack in some areas? At work, you say, “Everyone else gets promoted but me, everyone else gets pay rises but me.” Well, are you being diligent at work? Are you doing your best job? Are you honoring your boss? Are you doing the best you can do at work, or are you just being slack and being lazy and just doing the bare minimum?

Carlie: Yeah.

Ashley: Things like that. Spirit of excellence.

Carlie: Mm-hmm (affirmative).

Ashley: Joseph had a spirit of excellence and wherever you put Joseph, he was diligent. That’s why, wherever you put him, whether it was down a pit, whether it was in someone’s household, whether it was in the palace, whether it was in the prison, wherever you put Joseph, he was promoted to the top. He rose to the top because he was diligent. The Lord was with him. He knew the Lord was with him and he was diligent. He had a spirit of excellence and that’s why he was promoted. We can attract the favor of God in our life by diligence.

Carlie: It’s the same with Daniel.

Ashley: Yeah, Daniel’s the same.

Carlie: He had an excellent spirit, and so he was chosen to be one of the top people in the land and given the finest food and passed all the tests and had huge authority in the end, but it was because he had an excellent spirit within him.

Ashley: Yep. So we can choose to have an excellent spirit. We can choose to be diligent. The favor of God is on us already, but we can activate that favor with an excellent spirit and with a diligent hand, praise God.

So Verse 19, “She stretches out her hand to the distaff,” which is like a weaving machine, it’s something that makes cloth, “And her hand holds the spindle.” Again, she’s working with her hands, she’s using her skills. She has multiple things going on; she’s bought and sold land to a realtor; she’s got a vineyard going on, so she’s sewing seeds and growing-

Carlie: She’s making tapestries.

Ashley: She’s making tapestries. She’s doing a bunch of different things here.

Verse 20, “She extends her hand to the poor, Yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy.” She is a giver. The Virtuous Wife here is a giver. This is Verse 20. She is a giver. And this is one of the main things we’ve been talking about in this series. Your giving is so key to you receiving the prosperity of the Lord. Your giving is so important. She was a giver, and the way she gave meant she was opening the door for prosperity to come into her life. She was giving God permission to bless her.

Proverbs 11:24. Proverbs 11, Verse 24 says, “There’s one who gives and yet increases. There is one who holds more than his right and it leads to poverty.” So again, if you’re experiencing lack, if you’re experiencing poverty, maybe you need to look at your giving. Are you giving? Are you scattering seed? Are you being generous? Are you giving? “There’s one who gives and yet increases more.” That’s why giving is so important. She saw the needs of the poor and she opened her hand to the needy.

Verse 21. “She’s not afraid of snow for her household.” She’s not worried, she’s not afraid of snow for her household. She’s not worried. I’ve put this as, “She’s not worried or fearful about the circumstances.”

Carlie: That’s interesting, because often people say, “Well, I can’t get ahead because there’s a downturn in the economy.”

Ashley: Right. They’re blaming circumstances.

Carlie: Or whatever it is.

Ashley: The economy or …

Carlie: Yeah. Or the wrong government’s in power, or, “I didn’t have the right education,” or whatever it is, you know?

Ashley: They’re blaming circumstances.

Carlie: Right.

Ashley: Or they’re fearful and they’re predicting, “Oh, this is going to be a bad economy,” or, “This is going to happen,” or, “This line of work, there’s no jobs anymore. Doing this isn’t going to work anymore,” and, “My line of business isn’t working anymore.” And things like that.

Now, she didn’t have any excuses, and she wasn’t fearful about the winter. Because she had planned and she was diligent and she had a plan in place, she wasn’t fearful of snow for her household. She was living off of God’s economy. We need to live off of God’s economy. In Philippians 4:19, it says, “My God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory.” We live by God’s economy.

You know, in 2008, we was in America, the downturn happened, and we just decided to live off God’s economy rather than off the world’s economy.

Carlie: We decided not to participate in the recession.

Ashley: We decided not to participate in the recession. It was amazing. We had the best years of our life; 2009, 2010, 2011.

Carlie: Yep.

Ashley: And we’ve kept increasing, but we had better years in 2009 and ’10 and ’11 than we did in ’06 and ’07 when it was so-called more prosperous, because we chose not to be in fear. We chose not to go with the world. We chose. We didn’t decrease our giving. Some people decreased their giving before their finances even went down.

Carlie: Right. They planned ahead for a downturn.

Ashley: It’s terrible.

So we live off of God’s economy. And in fact, the downturn markets are some of the best opportunities to make money. When the markets are going down. Some of the greatest billionaires in America have made their money when the economy is going down, because when everyone else is running scared, they’re able to buy up stock and houses and lands-

Carlie: [Reap] the spoils.

Ashley: … At pennies on the dollar. That’s right.

So here it says, “She’s got no excuse.” You know, there’s lots of excuses people can make. Proverbs 22:13, the lazy person says, “There’s a lion in the street. I can’t go out there. There’s a lion. There’s a lion.” You know, like a tiger. Lion in the street. Not lying in the street.

Carlie: Probably lying in the street.

Ashley: But there is a proverb that says he’s lying in bed and he won’t get up to work. He turns on this bed like a hinge door.

Carlie: Yeah.

Ashley: But he’s making excuses.

At the end of the day, you’re in control. You can determine your own economy. You could put your hand to something. Wherever you live, whatever country you’re in, wherever you live, you can put your hand to things and make things happen, praise God.

Deuteronomy 8:18, “He has given you the power to get wealth.” He’s given you the power. You can put your hands to things and make things happen, praise God.

Again, we’re in Proverbs 21. “For her household is clothed with scarlet.” In the amplified version, it says, “Her household has double clothing.” Isn’t that interesting? Her household has double clothing. So she’s saved up. She’s actually got two sets of clothes for her household, if you like. So she’s not worried about winter. She’s got savings.

So if you have savings, if you have some sort of an emergency fund, if there’s a downturn, if something happens, it’s okay, because you’ve got extra.

Carlie: You’re ready.

Ashley: It’s good to save. She had double clothing. She had enough to get through a winter, a bad winter, and that’s why she wasn’t fearful of a bad winter. So make sure that you have savings.

Verse 22, “She makes tapestry for herself; Her clothing is fine linen and purple.” And I’ve got here, “She isn’t missing out herself.” She’s actually made stuff for herself as well. So you can get to the point … She’s so hard working, we’re talking about her getting up early in the morning and being hardworking, you might think she’s just neglecting herself, but no, it says here, “She makes tapestry for herself and fine clothing for herself.” She’s taking care of herself.

It’s like on an airplane. You know, they say, “If the oxygen masks fall down, make sure you put your own mask on before you help the person next to you.” The point being, if you haven’t got an oxygen mask on and you try and help the person next to you, you might run out of oxygen yourself, then you can’t help them.

Carlie: You’re not going to be very effective, yeah.

Ashley: You can’t help them. So actually, it’s not selfish to look after yourself. By looking after yourself, you can help more people. So it’s important to look after yourself. And she looked after herself at times when she needed to.

Verse 23, “Her husband is known at the gates, When he sits among the elders of the land.” So when her husband sits with the rulers of the land and with the elders and things like that, he’s known, he’s got a good reputation, because again, she’s not speaking negatively about him, she’s been honoring to him, and that really helps. So she brings honor to her spouse.

Verse 24. “She makes linen and garments and sells them.” Again, she’s making things and selling them. She’s making products, working with her hands and selling those products at profit. This is a great entrepreneur. She’s very diligent here.

I’ve got here, “Make sure that whatever you’re doing, if it’s business, ministry, whatever, make sure you’re being diligent to produce things that people want.” Make sure you’re supplying things that people want. There’s no point selling something that no one’s buying. She’s selling garments and linens because that’s what people needed at the time. Make sure you’re producing things that people want.

And you can apply this to ministry. If you’re a ministry, make sure you’re teaching the things, make sure you’re helping the people that need help. Make sure you’re giving things that people need rather than answering a question that no one’s asking, and things like that.

And also, “She supplies sashes for the merchants.” So she knows her customers. She knows who her customer is and she’s giving them what they need. She’s given them sashes for her servants. And it actually says, “She’s given them to a merchant.” So she’s looking after the people that are looking after her. She’s honoring the customers, if you like. She’s going the extra mile and she’s giving them things.

And that’s great. If you’re in business, if you can serve your customers, if you can go the extra mile for your customers, it’s going to come back to you. That’s just a good business principle right there, to look after your customer. She gave them sashes and I’m sure that they came back to her and bought stuff from her after that.

Verse 25. “Strength and honor are her clothing.” She’s strong. She’s not a pushover. She’s not easily manipulated.

Verse 26. “She opens her mouth with wisdom.” She opens her mouth with wisdom. This is powerful. You know, in Proverbs 18:21, it says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” She knew the value of her words. Your words are so important. When you speak things out, you need to be speaking out words of truth, words of life. You need to be speaking the word of God. Don’t speak out negative things.

I’ve heard someone say it this way; you can just say what you see and that’s all you’ll get, or you can say what you want. You can say what the truth is. You can say the word of God and that’s what you’ll produce.

So she had words of wisdom. And she had quiet times with God. So she was using these words, she was speaking out wisdom.

The second part of Verse 26, it says, “Her tongue is the law of kindness.” “On her tongue is the law of kindness.” She was kind. She had kind words of encouragement. She gave instruction with respect and encouragement. So she had kindness about her. That was one of her fruits, is kindness. If you want to prosper God’s way, we need to be kind and loving to people and serve people. That’s powerful.

Verse 27. “She watches over the ways of her household.” So she’s engaged and attentive with her household. She’s not just neglecting her family. She’s making sure she’s watching over them and she’s with them. She doesn’t neglect her household. She’s with them. “And she does not eat the bread of idleness.” She doesn’t eat the bread of idleness. In the amplified, it says, “Including gossip, discontentment and self-pity.” It’s interesting; this word “idleness” in the amplified is gossip, discontentment and self-pity.

Carlie: Oh, but come on, now. We have to-

Ashley: You’ve got to moan a little bit.

Carlie: For prayer.

Ashley: You’ve got to moan a little bit.

Carlie: You got to tell me the problems for prayer, obviously.

Ashley: No self-pity, no moaning, no idle gossip. Gossip is just bad news.

Carlie: Christian gossip is especially bad.

Ashley: “Did you hear about so-and-so? I want to tell you so you can pray for them.” No, that’s gossip. Don’t gossip about people. If you wouldn’t say that to their face, don’t say it behind their back. And this is how The Virtuous Wife was honorable. She didn’t do that. There was no idle talk.

There was no discontentment. She wasn’t moaning about what she didn’t have. She was giving thanks for what she had. Don’t moan about what you haven’t got. Just give thanks for what you have got, and God will give you more. Make sure you’re not moaning about what you haven’t got, and don’t think the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. You know, the discontentment. That’s dangerous. The only reason the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence is because there’s a cesspit there making the grass green. The grass is not green on the other side of the fence.

Verse 28, “Her children rise up and call her blessed.”

Carlie: Amen.

Ashley: That’s just like our three teenagers.

Carlie: [crosstalk].

Ashley: They rise up in the morning and they say, “Mother, you’re blessed.” I’m kidding [crosstalk]

Carlie: It’s easier to raise the dead than raise teenagers from the bed, I just have to say.

Ashley: Raising teenagers from the bed is more difficult than raising the dead, is what we’ve found out with our three teenagers.

“Her husband also calls her blessed and he praises her.” You know, I’ve heard this; if you want your wife to treat you like a king, start treating her like a queen. And you know what? She treated her husband good. She respected her husband, she did good things for her husband, and her husband called her blessed and praised her.

Verse 29. “Many daughters have done well, but you excel them all.” Verse 30. “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing.”

So charm and beauty, they’re just surface level things, “But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.” This lady, this Virtuous Wife, feared the Lord. She had a relationship with God and the Holy Spirit guided her. This was why she had such good balance between work and business and her family. She was close to God. She had a relationship with God. And that’s the most important thing. Without a relationship with God, you’re going to be a failure. It doesn’t matter how much money you make, doesn’t matter what type of business you have, a relationship with God is the key.

And the last verse here is Verse 31. “Give her to the fruits of her hands and let her own works praise her in the gates.” She will reap what she’s sewing basically. You’ll reap what you’re sewing. And her own work is going to praise her. Her fruit is going to speak for her. She doesn’t have to tell people what she does. Her fruit is going to be evident. And if you want to see a successful person, you just look at their fruit.

In fact, Jesus said, “By their fruit, you will know them.” Not by their doctrine, not by their fancy words; by their fruit, you will know them. If you follow someone around long enough and see the fruit of their life, you’ll know if they’re a success or not.

Carlie: That’s right.

Ashley: That’s a great example of someone who’s taken some of these truths we’re talking about and put them into action. She was a giver, she was diligent with her hands and she was a saver. She did those things and put those things together and it made her a very successful person. She had a successful marriage, she had a successful relationship with her children, they were calling her blessed …

Carlie: She had an abundance for every good work.

Ashley: She had an abundance for every good work. She was looking after her staff. This is a great example. This was a successful person right here. This was someone who had no lack. It said her husband didn’t lack and she didn’t lack. So she attacked her lack. She didn’t have lack because of the thing she did here.

Carlie: Right.

Ashley: Praise God.

So we hope this series has helped you. We’ve covered so much in this series. I’d encourage you to get the whole series and go through it because it’s really going to help you in your finances.

You know, Second Corinthians, 8 and 9, says that, “You know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; that though he was rich, yet for our sakes, he became poor, that us through his poverty might be made rich.” So God has paid the price for you to prosper financially.

And financial prosperity, you know, finance is the least thing. It’s the least thing, but it’s so important, because if we get a grip on this, it opens the door to so many other things.

What do you mean, Ashley? Well, look at Mark 4:19 as an example. In Mark 4:19, it says, “The deceitfulness of riches, the lust for other things and the cares of this world enter in and can choke the word of God in your life. And it can make it unfruitful.” That’s Jesus’ words. Not my words. That’s in red. That’s Jesus’ words. If we don’t have a right relationship with our finances, it can even choke the word of God in our life and make it unfruitful. So God wants you to have the right relationship with your finances.

Just like in Matthew 6:24, “You can’t serve two masters.” You’re either going to love one and despise the other, be Lord to the one and be unfaithful to the other. You cannot serve both God and money. And God wants you to serve him. He wants your whole heart and whole attention, and money is to be your servant, Praise God.

So if you put these things into practice, the work of your hands, your stewardship of your finances, and that you’re giving, if you put those things into practice and you believe that God’s already prospered you, you’re going to see the prosperity of the Lord flowing in your life. And you’re going to be able to start giving like you’ve always wanted to. You’re going to have an abundance for every good work. And that’s God’s goal for you. He knows the thoughts for you. He has thoughts for you to make you successful and to give you a good end, praise God. So you’re going to have more than enough to be able to bless people and make an influence in the kingdom of God.

Carlie: Amen.

Ashley: Amen? Isn’t that neat? Praise God.

We’re going to pray for you before we let you go.

Father God, I thank you for everyone watching and listening today. I thank you, Lord, that you have shown us the good way, you’ve shown us how we can be prosperous and successful. I thank you, Lord, you’ve set us up for victory. You know, just like in Romans 8:37, “In all things, we’re more than conquerors.”

And because, Lord Jesus, what you did on the cross for us, you paid the price for us to be prosperous, you paid the price for us to be victorious in every area. You defeated sin, you defeated sickness, you defeated poverty. And we thank you for that, Lord. We thank you that we can receive your goodness today.

We thank you, Lord, you only have good for us. And I thank you, Lord, you want us to prosper and you want us to be in health. And I thank, Lord, that you want us to abound so we can have an abundance for every good work.

And I pray for every person listening today. I thank you, Lord, that they’re having a breakthrough in their finances.

Carlie: Yes, Lord. Thank you.

Ashley: I thank you, Lord, they’re putting these teachings from the word of God into practice and they’re seeing their finances turn around. I thank you, Lord, for supernatural abundance coming into their finances. I thank you for supernatural debt release. I think you, Lord, for people giving like they’ve always wanted to give. I thank you, Lord, for promotions. I thank you, Lord, for businesses turning around. I thank you, Lord, for supernatural abundance coming on them from the North, East, South and West. I thank you, Lord, for increase in Jesus’ name.

Thank you, Lord.

Carlie: Amen. That’s powerful.

Ashley: Amen? Amen. Isn’t God good?

Carlie: He is.

Ashley: God is so good. He loves you. He’s your good father. And he only has good for you.

So until next time, we look forward to being back real soon. And remember, don’t just live a normal life. Go out and live The Abundant Life. We’ll see you next time.

Speaker 4: Oh, it’s wonderful. We’re supporters. We started supporting them last year. And since we’ve done that, we have been so blessed above and beyond what we could think or ask. Our house is paid off, our cars are paid off. We are debt-free.

Ashley: I want to tell you about Carlie’s confession card she wrote. It’s a little card, it’s prescription size, and it has verses about who you are in Christ.

This is powerful. I use this regularly. You put your name at the top and then you read it to yourself.

It says here, “I’m a party waiting to happen.” Verse Peter 1:8. It says, “I’ve been sanctified.” Verse Corinthians 6:11. “I’m a child of the king, adopted into his family.” It goes on and on. “I lack no good thing. I can do all things through Christ.”

You know what? This card is powerful. This will change your life. This will show you who you are in Christ. And I’m saying, if you haven’t got one of these yet, go to our website, terradez.com. We’d love to give one of these to you as our gift completely free. So go to our website, terradez.com and get your confession card today.
