Power of Forgiveness

Power of Forgiveness

You can’t change what happened, but you can choose what happens next!

We’ve all experienced disappointment, betrayal, offense, or hurt. While what happened in the past is unchangeable, you can determine whether it continues to have power over your heart and future. In The Power of Forgiveness, Ashley and Carlie Terradez share practical, Bible-based truths that will help you release the wounds of the past and walk forward in freedom.

Forgiveness isn’t about pretending it didn’t hurt—it’s about refusing to let the hurt keep you captive. Through Scripture, personal testimony, and powerful real-life examples, Ashley and Carlie reveal that forgiveness is more than a feeling—it’s a choice! They’ll also show you how to forgive in a healthy way without excusing what someone did, ignoring consequences, or allowing unhealthy behavior to continue.

You’ll also discover how to receive the forgiveness Jesus has already provided for you. If regret, guilt, or condemnation have kept you looking backward, you’ll learn how to let go of the past, forgive yourself, and embrace your identity as a new creation in Christ.

Ashley and Carlie also address what happens after forgiveness—especially when trust has been broken. Forgiveness can release your heart from bitterness while godly wisdom and healthy boundaries help protect you from repeated hurt.

You’ll learn how to:

• Choose forgiveness even when your feelings haven’t caught up
• Receive God’s forgiveness and overcome guilt and condemnation
• Forgive yourself and stop allowing past mistakes to define you
• Recognize and overcome the destructive trap of offense
• Walk in freedom with wisdom, peace, and healthy boundaries

You don’t have to remain emotionally tied to what someone else did—or to what you did in the past. Discover The Power of Forgiveness and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you out of offense, condemnation, and captivity into freedom!
